Good Morning. I hope this finds everyone doing well and ready for a great holiday weekend as we officially say goodbye to summer. With the changing of the seasons comes the Fall KSPAN Conference. Attached is the Save the Date flyer. We would appreciate you displaying the flyer and promoting this event. The Board of Directors has worked on the program and have submitted the application for contact hours. Once we have hours approved, we will release the program brochure and open the registration which will be on this website.
The conference again will be hybrid - both in-person and virtual. The conference is set for October 11th at SETEC in Northern Kentucky from 8 to 4:30. Our theme is Restoring the Healers :Empowering Nurses. We will be discussing standards of care from PAT to discharge, Self-Care: putting theories to practice, Legal implications of recent legislation at both the state and federal level as well as a break-out session to empower nurses to discuss current issues and develop action steps to promote and encourage change.
